STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: Full body strength & Conditioning

HYBRID: A mixture of all conditioning modalities

STRENGTH: Weight training with the aim to develop full body strength

AMRAP: Conditioning in which we try to accumulate as many rounds as possible

POWER: Fast and explosive movements that everyone can do!

SPICY SATURDAY: Combination of HYBRID and AMRAP

ENDURO: Longer duration of work to focus on endurance
